Finally we can show our shoot for Karamel Magazine Issue 12. For you Melbourne folks you can pick up a copy at selected retailers throughout Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.
We’re really excited to show this, we’ve held out for over a month so it’s awesome to release it. We rolled with a Miami/ghetto/galactic/sporty theme, something we’ve always wanted to shoot and I love the idea of clashing styles, colours and textures.
What an awesome crew we had. Laura is the most amazing model I’ve ever worked with; she worked that camera, swearing and cussing at Jesse (on request) and just really lovely and unassuming. This girl’s going places, her stunning little face is everywhere just dominating the scene in Australia and abroad. Samuel Krutop was our hair stylist and B-Boy in the sixth photo, great as always. Tanya Guccione whom I’ve also worked with on a previous shoot was on make-up, love her style. Jesse of course was the photographer, I styled and carried out the creative and digital direction, retouching edited the images and directed the layout. Shot at Riva in St. Kilda, it was the perfect backdrop for the shoot.
