Derby Day 2012. Big day. Traditionally black and white, I went colour, and lots of it. You know I love monotones and anything not girly, would jump at any chance to wear black and white but I couldn’t do it today. Especially not with the lilac flat top.

Highlight of the day – resting my feet after doing the rounds for schmoozing, taking snaps, you know the usual stuff. Oh – and chatting to Roberto Cavalli at the Lavazza Marquee.

We’ll be taking some street style snaps at the Bird Cage throughout race week, and the first set from yesterday coming soon…

msfw day 5 outfits

And we return with the final outfit post from MSFW. I swore I wouldn’t do any more floral but then I saw this denim biker and pants from Mossman. Not too girly and just the right kind of floral print. The pieces just released this week too – you can shop it here. Also finally took my Knots and Knits neon clutch to a proper outing. I forgot how neon it was it’s always harder to capture high vis colours on camera.

The boy rocked out in Jack London, saving the best for last – a super bad ass sequined animal print jacket. The kicks are also pimpin in pony skin (calf hair). All guys should be wearing Jack London and adopt the attitude to pull it off. Guys, check out their latest range here.

Enjoy the rest of your week and if you’re about in Melbourne, more so at Boutique this Friday and Saturday night, don’t be shocked if a girl with a camera shoots your legs or shoots you in the ladies room applying lipstick. It’s just me. You’ll see what I mean here.
